This four-hour workshop is a special session for participants at DTECH 2026.

Participants will:

• Explore real-world use cases and challenges in AI deployment across the energy sector
• Pilot the use of a structured AI Adoption Workbook to assess organizational readiness, risk tolerance, and strategic alignment
• Engage in open dialogue with peers and facilitators to share insights, barriers, and research needs
• Leave with lessons learned and a clearer understanding of how to move forward with AI responsibly and effectively

Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is offering in-person training, at no cost to DistribuTECH attendees, that will enable participants to protect modern energy systems against growing threats and adapt to changing technologies securely. Our goal is to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement through dissemination of knowledge and lab-developed tools and services. INL develops research products that can provide risk assessment, secure communications, and detection for distributed energy systems at implementation.
